Here’s a simple detox schedule to help you get started:

Day 0: Preparation

Before diving into your detox, spend the day preparing your body. Focus on hydrating with water and herbal teas, and eat light meals that include whole foods like fruits and vegetables. This will help ease your transition into the juice fast.

Days 1-3: Juice Consumption

During these days, our aim is to consume 7 bottles of cold-pressed juice from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

For your mornings, consume water, or plain tea, or plain black coffee. No sugar, no creamer, nothing.

It’s essential to listen to your body during this time. If you feel hungry, don’t hesitate to sip on more juice. The goal is to nourish your body while allowing it to detox.

Day 4: Transition to solid intake

As you wrap up your detox, it’s important to ease back into solid foods. Start with light meals, focusing on soft, whole, unprocessed foods. These include naturally made soup. After which, you can have your protein in your meals, but make it light around 100g - 200g).

Remember, the key to successful weight loss through detoxing is consistency and patience.
